Turn Around Time

Current turn around time:

• MTO and Custom - 6 weeks.
• RTS without Personalization - 2 business days
• RTS with Personalization - 5-7 business days.

We do strive to have all orders completed as quickly as possible without interruption of the integrity of the product. Shipping time is not as part of our current TAT. No Rush Orders at this time.

Shipping

Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail and can take up to 3-5 days. A email will be sent to you with a tracking number once a shipping label has been created.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted.
